So like I said before..today was a bit tough to eat healthy. But I deff tried! So today wasn't bad.Was it the best? Ahh... no but judge for yourself.
Breakfast:
Oatmeal with mixed berries and yogurt (together)
Snack:
4 turkey slices
1 cup of green/fruit smoothie
large coffee with cream and sugar (Have to get stevia and milk so I can have that instead!)
Bite of pumpkin pie
Lunch:
Wrap
3 Turkey slices
3 tbs. of avocado
Snack:
10 smarties
Dinner:
1 cup of 2% cottage cheese
Apple
I only had cottage cheese and a apple later for dinner because Im feeling pretty gross right now. Might be getting something because my family is sick too.
Exercise:
45 mins at gym. Mostly elliptical then 10 mins of bike.
