What I did today - Dec 2nd

What I ate:
Breakfast:
Fage 0% fat greek yogurt
1/2 cup frozen grapes
Snack:
Coffee with milk and agave
2 turkey slices
Lunch: 
2 pieces of whole grain bread
2 tbs avocado
4 turkey slices
some cucumber
Snack:
Ugh four cookies :(
Dinner:
Some salad with tofu and cottage cheese
1/2 of the yogurt

Exercise:
15 mins of midnight strength training
20 mins of abb workouts
